Wow, where do I start? Before I found Wisp I was looking for some Plan B on the web that was preferably cheaper than what you can get from a drugstore (literally, $50!). I found Wisp after some searching, and I’m so glad I did :,) I do recommend to get it ahead since it did take a while to arrive (not that long, around 5 days?). But other than that, amazing product, amazing company! Thank you for making this so affordable for people! I’m never getting any emergency contraception from anywhere except here now.

I suggest sorting these reviews by most recent. They’re all 1 star. Wisp is not same day, not 24 hrs, not even 48hrs. They’ll string you along and tell you a doctor will be in touch in 3-5 hours, nothing. Then they tell you a doc will be in touch shortly, still nothing. I was assured the doctor would be in touch yesterday after I mentioned I snagged an appointment with my actual doctor. That didn’t happen. It’s now Saturday. My doctor is closed and my only options are costly urgent care and costly ER. Wisp has not replied to me today and they’ve already charged me $65 for the medication. I can’t go to the urgent care until I get my refund because I can’t afford to pay for my appointment and another prescription while Wisp ties up my money. I’d like to say this is a fluke, but last time took 48hrs too, but they assured me it would never happen again. Well, it’s been worse the second time. I’m not sure these doctors understand how quickly a UTI can go from mild to severe. I’m starting to spot blood today and very concerned this will impact my kidneys. You need to remove 24hrs from your website immediately. It’s borderline fraudulent to make promises you clearly can’t keep based on these reviews. Update to reply to Wisp: you have not tried getting in touch with me. I always reach out to you. And you won’t resolve this because you just emailed me to say you can’t help after 3 days of stringing me along. You encouraged me to wait and not see my own doctor. Now it’s Saturday and my doctor is closed and you’re saying you can’t help. After making me wait 3 days. This is an automated response, not an actual agent. Continue to be disappointed and still in tons of pain.

Great treatment plan: Overall the experience was great. At the comfort of your home, you able to explain your symptoms & get assessed & medication prescribed, is a great feeling. The DR was knowledgeable. Now I feel great, all symptoms gone after completion of my antibiotic treatment.
