wisp is great and convenient for people who don't like to go to clinics. my order was delayed so i called support to ask for an update but i couldn't get a straight answer. I also could not understand very clearly. I spoke to someone named Reya and she doesn't sound like she's very fluent. Is your support team from the US? I finally got my meds but the experience with support was really unpleasant. You need better people.

This was so easy to complete online. The trickiest part was probably uploading ID which was just taking a picture of your license. The online providers responded super quick, detailed prescription information & instructions and I didn't have any issues picking this up at my local pharmacy. I needed it quick so that was most convenient or else I would have just had my prescription mailed to me instead.

I’m blown away at how quick and easy this was! I’ve never had a UTI before and was not looking forward to wasting time in urgent care, plus I was DREADING the inevitable yeast infection that would follow taking antibiotics. But lo and behold! I had my meds within a couple of hours, including some yeast infection prevention. I have already recommended this service to my sister and would absolutely use it again.
