STAY AWAY FROM WISP
STAY AWAY FROM WISP. I placed an order for tablets on accident when I needed the medication in gel form. I IMMEDIATELY (within 4 minutes) realized the order was for the wrong thing, and sent a message to the Nurse Practitioner. However, rather than reading my message and switching the prescription to the gel, she ordered the tablets anyway. I emailed customer support and asked if I could switch to the gel, and they “offered” to switch the prescription for an additional $32. So a total of $83, but this doesn’t even include the medication. Why would I pay $83 just for someone to place a prescription? And then I still have to pay for the medication? When I asked for a refund they refused with some copy-pasted answer. This website is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Hi there. Additional fees, such as medication-related costs, apply for local pharmacy pick-up and are clearly noted during checkout. Consultation fees cover a clinical review by a licensed provider and, when appropriate, the issuance of a prescription. For more information, please check out our Help Center by searching “Is there an extra charge at my pharmacy?”, or reach out to our support team at [email protected].
