Wisp has excellent digital marketing and the beginning of what could be a good onboarding process. But that is where the positives end. Do not buy from Wisp. It is masquerading as a "fast" and "cheap" birth control service when really it is INCREDIBLY time consuming and not cheap at all. First, they fail to ask you the appropriate questions (and never even directly tell you what they need, e.g. blood pressure reading, by when) and there are anywhere from 3-5 different people messaging you (slowly) about the gap in information (due to their own poor process). Then, it turns out, the cost is 8X what they advertise AND 7X what they bill you. First, they charge your credit card. Then, after the slow, frustrating exchange with umpteen people in their "secure messaging platform", they announce your order is ready. Well. Not ready for pickup. Ready for you to pay another 7X on top of what they billed you and you thought you'd signed up for. Maybe I'm just special and got to have a super poor experience with them. But, I doubt I'm special. Buy elsewhere. Wisp is a fraud. Updated: Wisp exchanged emails with me last night, responding to my request for EVIDENCE that they had stated anywhere in their ad/marketing content or during the payment process that I would be charged more than $15. I am happy to share this content with Trustpilot. Wisp simply proves my point. And, as all illegally operating companies do, instead of acknowledging the fraudulent behavior, they simply pretend I didn't call them out .... I predict a class action suit or a bankruptcy in their future.

A little confusing because I feel like I had to buy the treatment pills for an STD before I could find the page to buy the consult so the doctor could send the prescription to my local pharmacy but $35 2 times is a whole lot cheaper than going to the emergency room and my prescription was available the same day, within an hour, at the pharmacy I choose.

What I truly hate is that, I wanted this to be a dream. I didn’t want this to be a reality. But. I put avocyclir in my cart, I received it quickly but I held off of using it. But. It became time to really use it. And it worked. I cried, but was thankful. Thank you so much. I hate this, but thank you, for making me feel like me again. 🥺😭

Love that it’s all online. I didn’t have to make an appointment (go through that embarrassment) miss work or even drive to the pharmacy. My meds were shipped right to my door! They checked in with me to make sure my treatment worked, which it did. Just a Very efficient and great way of getting your needs met!

It was such a relief to get the medicine I needed instead of having to go through an examination. I knew what I needed so I searched to see if it could be bought online and found Wisp! Saved me time and money and I got the relief I was so in need of!! Thank you so much Wisp! 🙏🏽😮‍💨

I really really love being able to pickup my subscription from a local pharmacy. That is awesome! I also love the ability to place my order and pay for it online. Lastly, the turnaround time to pickup my order was fantastic too! I was able to pickup my order in roughly 48 hours and that is extremely satisfying.
