I was hesitant to even visit the site as nowadays everyone wants to push a product on you for your specific need, but the products mostly fall flat. I was pleasantly surprised at the in depth questions, suggestions and pricing. I will definitely be ordering from Wisp again.

I had High hopes for this website. I’ve been waiting patiently to get a prescription changed. I’m allergic to metronidazole (tablet form) so I need to have the gel. I paid 65 dollars for the tablets (that I can’t take) just for them to tell me it will be an additional 48 dollars for the gel. Paying 113 for metronidazole gel is INSANE! I did this for the convenience, but I’m still waiting for my prescription to be changed and no word back. Probably what I get for being lazy. Will definitely go to the doctor next time. I wouldve already started my antibiotics yesterday.

Terrible experience. Requested a prescription on Saturday morning at 6am. The doctor prescribed the wrong medication late that afternoon. I contacted support for help and the revised prescription wasn't called in till Monday afternoon, despite multiple follow ups. I will never use this service again.

Fairly convenient, but the timing isn't always quite right, so I often have to go in and request my birth control prescription be filled earlier. The big draw of this service is supposed to be access to UTI prescriptions, etc. right away, but when I requested them, it took forever and I ended up going to urgent care anyway, after sitting around in pain for longer than I would have normally. They sent a message telling my my prescription would be called in within 24 hours, and it was almost 36 hours later when it was finally submitted. Also it was expensive, it cost almost $75 just to request the prescription that I never got (before even paying for the medication itself at the pharmacy). Really nice customer service though. Editing to add: I sent an email to the email address in Wisp's reply below to see if they'd address the charge for the prescription I didn't get, and the response was, "Thanks for letting us know you had a great experience with Wisp!" So... maybe not always the best customer service after all.

Once I updated my billing information, my transaction was smooth and I was able to order my prescription. It was sent and it was sent to my local pharmacy quickly.
