I have had enough UTIs in my life to know when one is occurring..I basically paid 58 dollars to be told to go to a instacare..thanks for nothing..I would be careful trusting this site..I was ripped off

The process of getting medication took 2 full weeks. The order was approved by a doctor quickly and then when I asked why it hadn't shipped 3 days later they told me they were waiting for a doctor approval. The one bright spot came at the 1 week mark when I finally reached a customer service agent that offered to have part of the order sent to a local pharmacy since I was leaving for a trip. That process still took 2 days, but I, at least, had the hormone portion of my order in time. We left for our trip, and the remainder of the order was finally delivered the following day. 2 weeks when they advertised 3-5 days is not acceptable.

I submitted my symptoms late at night after 11:00 pm. An MD looked over my info and put in an order for a prescription. The next morning my Rx was ready at my pharmacy. I was very pleased. This is a great affordable option for anyone in between insurances or who simply don’t always have time to go into the office. I will definitely use this service again when needed. Thanks
