The communication is inconsistent and long waiting period in the provider room with no update is a bad patient experience. I place an order with no additional assistance from a provider. I received the link for a video visit with a provider no one showed up on day 1 or 2. The prices have increased but the patient experience has decreased. Their are other apps such as this one who treat patients better.

I recently wrote a review of "Done." and that review stands (1-star). When I think of what online healthcare should be, I think of Wisp. With Wisp, you speak with a real provider, and prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy. If you have a reaction, providers are just a text away. They even follow up to ensure you are not experiencing any reactions and check-in to ensure the medication is working. If things aren't working well, you can speak with a provider. They put the patient first.

I paid a premium for rush processing, which they state can be done in ~3 hours. All day I am monitoring my inbox waiting for a reply from the doctor, and they have you order meds before the provider confirms they are able to subscribe. I said screw it and decided to book an appointment in-person for the next day-- if this is going to be so much more $$, it better actually be done in 3 hours and not require me to go to the doctor's office. Then I had a hell of a time canceling the order even though all they'd given me was a couple of copy/paste cursory messages, no diagnosis, no prescription, etc. Total ripoff for anything urgent, though I guess it could be useful if you're willing to pay for convenience and able to wait around for messages.
