Not good I would give zero stars If I could. I ordered antibiotics this morning and it has been all day now and is late in the evening and Wisp took the money out of my account my has yet to review my order and I keep getting told someone will look at it but they have yet to do so I don’t think I will be using Wisp again. This is supposed to be same day service! All it did was take my money and has not sent my medication to the pharmacy or reviewed it yet as it’s still processing going on 12hours later and still in review. 😡 Update over 12 hours later WISP is refusing to help me and process my order! Asked for my money back and they said it could take a week or two! 😡😡😡. This website needs to go it’s nothing but a scam and refusing to help people too! Poor customer service! I better get my money back! Never use WISP save your time and money just go to the dr. Since now they are refusing to help people now when I have symptoms!

I'm a first timer and the experience was very thorough and swift. I received my medication the same day.

The whole process took me less than 10 minutes and cost much less than going to an urgent care. My prescription was ready for pickup at my local pharmacy the same afternoon.

Convenient, but not consistent. One time I asked for a prescription for anti-nausea medication and I got 15 pills. The next time they gave me 2…yes, 2 pills. Not even 24 hours worth of a dose. I’m not using them again.

I was traveling with 3 small kids and your process made it possible to get quick reliable treatment so I didn’t waste a vacation day trying to solve for my issue. It’s greatly appreciated.
