Super easy and simple. I’m leaving for out of town and realized my cycle was coming on. Reached out to Wisp and they called in a script within the hour to my local pharmacy. I picked it up the following day.

The comment from the company below says they want feedback but I've sent 2 messages and they haven't responded to me so they only like feedback when it makes them look like they care. ---- I have used Wisp multiple times and there has been an issue with each order, I will not be using this service again. I requested UTI medication early Sunday, July 7th. I got the standard email that I would hear from someone in less than 24 hours. I have used this service for UTI medication in the past so I was familiar with the process. By Monday night, no one had contacted me but I had been charged for the evaluation. I emailed customer service to say it had been over 36 hours, they responded apologizing and said I would hear from someone first thing in the morning. Tuesday around noon I reached out again and told them it was over 48 hours, I was told someone would reach out before the end of the day. I kept waiting and no one ever did. I emailed to cancel the request at night and got a response in less than an hour that the order was cancelled by the physician. When I asked why they couldn't get back to me, they just said sorry for the wait. I have still not gotten a refund for the $65 evaluation that didn't happen. I went to another company and got evaluated and got my prescription in less than 3 hours. I won't be back.

I am someone who doesn’t have health insurance. After my daughter passed away last year, I began getting reoccurring UTI’s, not having insurance made that “reoccurrence” that much more daunting. Because of Wisp, I have been able to get antibiotics, probiotics, and birth control. All for an affordable price. They have answered my questions abruptly and always provided me with the best service. Wisp has my full support to help in all things reproductive health.

Could have been better. A physician asked me a medical question and I replied immediately (within one minute). Right after I answered his question, he ghosted me. I didn’t get any further replies or service from him. For hours I kept saying ‘hello?’ in the chat to no avail. His lack of response delayed me receiving treatment in a timely manner. The next day customer service assigned me a new physician.

A partner tested positive for an STD and to avoid the embarrassment of going into the clinic I was able to get what I needed quickly with ease. My prescription was able to be sent to my pharmacy that I normally use so I knew for a fact my medication wasn’t fake.

Wisp is a quick easy alternative to having to go into the office or immediate cares. Md are very knowledgeable and of course helpful but I also love that you have a major part in your own treatment plan. I highly recommend!!!
