Great easy way to get treatments quickly!

really simple and straightforward to go through the questions! The messaging afterwards was extremely glitchy and after paying for the prescription, I had assumed I would not have to pay again at the Pharmacy; but unfortunately I did. I am not sure if I misread something or if it was not stated I would have to pay more than it initially said, but it was not pleasant to have to pay even more each month.

I was very excited to purchase this cream. Went through the whole process online, answering personal questions and setting up an account. When it came time to pay, the online processing told me I had received the promo and my balance was zero. I was very pleasantly surprised and even more excited for this cream. I submitted the order. I then received an email stating that my order had been processed and to "click here for shipping updates." 3 days later I received an email asking me to leave a review of my experience with the product. Since I had not received the product, I reached out to customer support. I was told no order had been placed. I exchanged emails with Victoria with "Patient Success" and explained my end of things. Even though I gave her a clear explanation she still asked me to provide proof of billing. I told her to reread the email where it said I was provided with a promo and $0 balance and submitted the order. She then came back and apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that I could go ahead and purchase the product for $39, full price. I won't be doing that. I'll be going elsewhere. I can't imagine a company performing like this. Very disappointing. Additionally, they brag about responding to 99% of unhappy reviews. But the response that I got to this review is their canned response that they're always working to improve their services and I should reach out to their support center. But the support center is what this review is about since I never received a product to review. Thanks for nothing Support Center. And, there's no way to delete your account with all of your personal info. Unreal!
