Quick appointment, courteous doctor answered questions thoroughly, the entire process was discrete and easy

I just had a recent issue with this company charging me for medication I never ordered. They tried to gas light me into saying I clicked on an offered product while checking out. However I declined every single offer. When I saw this in my order (on the cvs website) I immediately reached out to them and canceled the order at cvs but, sadly they only take emails they have no number (keep that in mind) and their response time is extremely slow. When trying to solve this issue they then told me there is a “time frame” in which they could have canceled the order but, I didn’t make that window? I emailed them at 6pm I ordered around 5:47pm by the time they even emailed me back it was 9am the next day but, that was my fault and not theirs. $66 dollars they are refusing to refund when the medication they tried to say I wanted was to delay your period? When the medication I ordered was UTI medication make that make sense. Avoid this website for they do NOT care about customers they ONLY want your money!

Fast and easy helpful

I was skeptical about using this but it was a quick and easy process. I entered my medical information and uploaded my drivers license at 7pm. By 9am the following morning, my prescription was submitted to my local pharmacy and was ready to be picked up and because they submitted the generic version, my script was free through my insurance. The doctor contacted me to ask if I had any questions. They made me aware of a possible interaction with another medication I’m taking. Another website wanted a credit card without saying how much the “visit” could cost. This was $15. I work a lot and the idea of scheduling an OB/GYN visit just to switch birth control was daunting especially since appointments are hard to come by. This was perfect!

The prescription was sent immediately to the pharmacy, then the pharmacy charged me the medicine based on my insurance plan.

The prescription did not work , I ordered antibiotics for bv and it did not work , if anything it got worse.I want a refund
