When I had the UTI and went to WISP for help, they denied me help and yes I did have to go to emergency. It is not as easy as all that they portray.

You guys refused to give my money back . First off I contact y'all around 4-5 am the same day I placed the order . I even told them what I needed . I had to do a questionnaire and I completed it . After about a hour or two I got a notification saying you guys couldn’t help me with my prescription. But I didn’t check my email until like noon because I have used you guys before so I thought you guys had it under control and it was a mistake . Time goes by I checked my email . So I checked my email and the I was told you guys wouldn’t be able to handle my order . So I started researching who could help me . The other company was able to take care of my needs in 30 mins . Whereas this company had me waiting all day thinking my order was going to be done . The questionnaire was for BV and I needed meds for my strep throat which I stated . After the other place confirmed my order I went to pick it up . Once I picked up my meds WISP decided they would fill my order . I told Wisp I no longer needed there services and they refunded to refund me because they said it was already sent off . Long story short I’m going to dispute this charge and now and don’t know if I will ever use wish again .

The medicine never made it to the pharmacy, I still need it, no one has contact me and I sent an email with my number and I have no refund. Please contact me

First time using Wisp, and it was seamless, quick and convenient from start to finish. It is such a relief to be able to access low-risk prescriptions for common needs on my own schedule without having to take time off work and spend hours in a doctor's office. The doctor reviewed my intake forms promptly after I submitted them and they were very thorough; they caught an error I made and messaged me about it within 30 minutes of receiving, and once the issue was resolved my prescription was sent to the pharmacy without delay. I'm very grateful for the level of care and service!

Misdiagnosed. Went to another doctor and I had a UTI. Wasted my money. I even asked multiple times if they were sure. Described symptoms and was pushed into thinking I had something way worse. I was able to treat with over the counter medicine that cost me a total of $28 instead of the $100+ I spent here plus cost of prescriptions.
