Was approved for a prescription and was told it was called into the pharmacy this morning. I went to CVS 4-5 hours after receiving the confirmation email, and CVS stated they did not have a prescription for me. I messaged Wisp and they told me it can take 2-3 hours for it to appear in their system. It is now 8 hours later and CVS still does not have it. I have messaged 4 times in the app since 230pm (it is now 530) and have not received a response. Very dissatisfied with this service.

Fast and discreet

Overpriced, and they did not give the pharmacy all of the relevant information in order for me to pick up my prescription. When I was at the pharmacy they called Wisp but there's no human to pick up the phone, instead it's an automated message. I contacted wisp and they were late to respond to the messages and late to provide the pharmacy with the needed information for pickup. So I had to wait an extra day in order to pick up my prescription which was very frustrating. Will definitely not be using this service again and don't recommend unless you like waiting.

Only one of my prescriptions were actually sent to the pharmacy. I paid for both and Wisp has not gotten back to me about a refund or resending the prescription.

This website has saved me in so many scenarios I cannot even fathom. I know I’m not the only one either! I was able to access Ella within a few hours of my original contraception failing. When my birth control was switched- my doctor didn’t extend my prescription in time for my new pack, so wisp helped with that as well. This is the most girls girl website out there.

Overall everything worked out fine. I was able to start the medication on time and it was extremely convenient cause I was able to pick up the medication near my home
