I would recommend using Nurx instead. I had used Nurx for a couple of years and had no complaints but wanted to try a different company, which I should not have done since it resulted in me receiving delayed care for several days. I was not able to obtain any responses or care on a Sunday, and even though I had a positive test for UTI, they still would not prescribe antibiotics indicating it was related to one of their questions I answered incorrectly. I wasn’t able to resolve the incorrect answer which resulted in me experiencing the very uncomfortable symptoms of a UTI for 24+ hours longer than I needed to. I went back to Nurx and they prescribed me antibiotics in a couple of hours and I started feeling relief from my symptoms in less than 12 hours. I do not recommend this company at all.

When I made the purchase, I was under the impression that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy of my choice that day. If you need the meds immediately this is not the place to purchase the..

Easy to use...I love this company!

Very easy to get the prescription I needed. All I had to do was create an account and answer a few questions. Didn’t take long to get approved and the pharmacy had my prescription the following morning. Very happy and will definitely use them again.

The experience was great. I felt heard and my needs were met without all the red tape of going to a doctors office. I’m so grateful for WISP. I may utilize this platform for many of my health needs. Thank you.
