The worst waste of time and money. Horrible. I always use online doctors. I have ozempic and plenty other medicines I got from other providers (Mochi & Ro.co) with no issue. This was my 1st tike making a terrible mistake of using Wisp. They took $80 out of my account for UTI medicine (so expensive compared to others) promising same day delivery to local pharmacy. Many many hours later I have no receipt no email confirmation nothing. It isn't until I reach out to their support email that a "provider " sends me questions in the portal then for several hours no reply complete silence. All the while I'm emailing the support over and over because obviously I need my medicine and the day is almost over...and I was told same day help...so...??? Only to finally (well over 5 hrs after paying $80) I get an email from a provider who is clearly an idiot saying I need to pay out of pocket for UTI test strips and send them a picture. Ha! Are you crazy? I would be very very ill and have a more severe infection by the time I waited on these clowns to keep playing games and stealing money. Now I am waiting 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. Still sick. Could of easily used any other provider for same day but now I will be in pain for another day because I made the horrible mistake of using Wisp. Never again. Never spend money where you cant get a phone # and human to talk to. Big mistake.

Wisp was cheaper than going to urgent care, and much faster!

This site has been a godsend- I have very little free time to visit a doctor and Wisp has been such a huge help.

That "commitment to protecting access to reproductive care" is not very committed. If you actually have any health concerns that make it important to you to not risk pregnancy, then make sure you don't tell them that, because this service thinks the bog standard pill is only for people who are healthy - anyone else should "seek in-person care for your medical concerns", like they don't even know Texas exists. They will at least sell you Plan B.

I have just spent an hour trying to get a prescription from this company because they said they could get it to me in three hours. They want all kinds of stuff and all they return is tryihg to sell you other stuff and other stuff and other stuff. Very frustrating. Had to redo things several times. When I finally got the order to go through I received a letter saying it could take at least 24 hours before they could get back to me. Today is Sunday by then my doctor will be open and I will go to them. This place is a scam. I would be very careful with it. They are not true to their word. They are more interested in selling than your health. Just go to your doctor and forget this company that's trying to make endless money off of people.
