I did a search for hellowisp in my email and found that they did not send my order . Instead they posed a redundant question that had been clearly answered prior. So I was waiting 5 days … mistakenly thinking my order was o. It’s way for a previously answered question. What a waste of time

The advertisement on Google wrote “Same-Day Plan B Pills - No Appts needed; Open 24/7”. So naturally you think I’m going to buy a Plan B online and pick it up at a pharmacy. Especially because Plan Bs are out of stock at my local stores. Yay for accessibility! Right? Wrong! Advertisement was dishonest. Medication was not accessible the same day. It’s still not available on Day 4 and your emergency doesn’t wait so you’ll have to find a replacement in stores and buy it - at an additional cost. Not to mention that there was nothing to suggest that the amount charged does not include the cost of the medication. I was told that information post purchase in a confirmation email “payment goes towards the cost of consulting to a doctor, your pharmacy will charge you for the medication”. When being advertised a product, I don’t think anyone has a reason to doubt the price of the product IS THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. Especially when you’re provided an option to save and bundle by buying 2 or 3. Or by buying medication that counter acts the side effects of levonorgestrel (Plan B). Why does the price increase with each medication if it’s only indicative of a “doctor’s visit”? What’s the point of this setup if it’s neither same day nor equivalent to a purchase? Total cash grab from people who are desperate to access emergency contraception. Any request for a refund is met with “Apologies for the confusion” because “We’re not responsible for dispensing your medication, your pharmacy is”.

Really works so good.
