I have no idea if Firm up works or not for me because the pump on the plastic bottle is faulty, and this isn’t the kind of container that you can just twist the cap off of and scoop out. It’s understandably sealed to prevent contamination, but no matter what I do, I can’t get anything out. I’ve tried emailing support about this, but have yet to hear back. Really disappointed to receive no response for a product that costs so much money.

I was kinda skeptical because I'd never heard of Wisp before, but the pain that I was in from my UTI had me desperate to try ANYTHING, and I haven't been to a doctor in person in YEARS, so this sounded perfect. The entire process was SO EASY, it took me all of 10 minutes. Everything was clear and easy to understand, it literally walks you through EVERYTHING. I was approved for a prescription almost instantly and Wisp had it to my regular pharmacy within a couple of hours. I finally am feeling better and I will ABDOLUTELY use Wisp again! I'm telling all my friends!!!!

Terrible customer service. I don’t normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but these guys deserve it. They don’t know what’s going on. I changed the date for my prescription to be delivered, they ignored it. Then I asked them to move it from my local pharmacy to have it shipped to me. Then they cancelled my order and my phone was getting tons of texts about it. Then they wanted me to fill out ANOTHER questionnaire that I had just filled out a few months ago. Then they cancelled me for good because I wanted to switch birth control because I didn’t like the one I was on. My local pharmacy didn’t take their goodrx coupon either even though wisp promised they would.

I have been trying to get my medication for three or four weeks. At first it was set to be picked up at my pharmacy but there was some reoccurring issue and the pharmacy was saying they were waiting to hear from the doctor. So I reached out to the customer service at wisp and they said we can change it to shipping if I would like so that’s what I did. About a week goes by and still haven’t received my medication, I email them and they say it will be another 3-5 days so I wait and then another week and a half goes by and still nothing. I paid $100 for this medication. Super upset with this company. Go to starfish instead. They’re reliable.

Highly recommend using Wisp for any of the options they offer. Easy sign up. A lot of questions to answer but it’s basically what you fill out at a new doctors office you visit. I was required to have a virtual consultation with the doctor due to my state laws. It literally took maybe 5 min and done. I initially chose the delivery option. It was a Saturday and it hadn’t been sent by the following Monday night. I went to the chat option and requested send to local pharmacy. It was ready for pickup by late Tuesday morning.

False advertisement. When I sign up it was supposed to $45 for three Three prescriptions every like three months each. But every time they charge me another 45 for one prescription this is false advertisement was supposed to pay $45 and get each at 15. It it will scam you and just recharge you over and over again, despite the fact that you haven’t gotten the other two prescriptions that were promised. So I guess it ok lie now in your advertisements be careful

Signing up was so easy, and I received confirmation of my order within an hour. It really helped ease my mind quickly.

Terrible scam of a company!! I was traveling snd got a uti which I’ve had many times before and it took them 5 hours to respond (and this was a request put in during the day) to get back to me to say that they wanted to send me to get lab work first before they would assist and this was hours later after I spoke to customer service and cancelled. They claim they’ll refund me in 5-10 business days.
