I placed an order for Ella on May 29 expecting it to be ready fast—it’s literally an emergency after pill. It’s now been over a week and I never even got a single text or update. I had to chase someone down just to find out the doctor still hasn’t approved it. This is beyond frustrating. How do you claim to deliver emergency medication in three hours or less, then not deliver at all—and still refuse to give a refund? I didn’t even get the medication when I actually needed it. This feels like a total scam. I’ve already been emailing you guys so please don it tell me to email you! Please REFUND ME!!!

I have been waiting on my prescription for almost 3 WEEKS now, this website really suck . I wouldn’t recommend buying any products here especially if you have to go get it at a pharmacy. They’re not reliable and very inconsistent with their customer service. Plus don’t get fool into thinking your weight loss medication is going to be $200 or 300 bucks by just paying the $99 to get your prescription. My prescription for zepbound came up to $1200 at the pharmacy and also I had to pay wisp 99. That isnt worth losing 10lbs. I think they buy their doctors of Temu
