Omg this came in handy so greatfull for the experience!!!

I had a UTI. Within a few minutes of typing up my symptoms and submitting to Wisp, I had a response from the doctor and a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. I had my first dose of antibiotic within about an hour and a half. So convenient and helpful! I can’t say enough good things about every experience I’ve had with Wisp!

The shipping was so incredibly fast!!! It said 3-5 business days and I got it in 1. The process was so simple to follow and answering questions about your symptoms was even easier. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Hello wisp has scammed me!! They prescribed me a medication (that needs to be taken within a short time period) that is unavailable for who knows how long because of a manufacturing issue. Instead of taking this medication off their website until the issue is sorted they still wrote me a prescription and would not refund me although I didn’t and couldn’t receive the medication. After much arguing they agreed to give me my refund but after waiting 10 days to receive it they TOOK BACK my refund. After reaching out again they are gaslighting me and saying the refund is still processing even though my bank has confirmed that the refund was processed but returned to the merchant. They are continuing to lie to me. I have talked to multiple customer service agents and no one is helping me. I have taken this issue to the BBB in hopes they can help me sort it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OVERPRICED, UNFAIR, and DO NOT CARE ABOUT WOMENS HEALTH.

I just want to cancel my order!!! I reached out to their support and they sent me the same exact email more than once clearly not reading my response. I dont want to share confidential information via email! and come on! "Karmi Jenner"? Obviously a fake name!
