If I could leave zero stars, I would I have been waiting for over four days for the prescription uncomfortable and they are not doing anything to fix the issue

I can’t get insurance preapproval so the medication is 500$ because wisp doctors will not the phone call.

I really love how quick this service is for some of the easily fixable issues (uti, bv, yeast). I have not had to use Wisp for any other services but I imagine they would be just as quick and easy as these services.

It was easy process but not worth the amount. Paid since it still made me paid extra money at the pharmacy. It does say you may pay extra at the pharmacy in the receipt after you paid with Wisp. I think it should have that when you are checking out so we don’t look like fools at the pharmacy and don’t have it in fine print on the bottom of the receipt

Every time I need something, I’m not able to get into my doctors office and have to go to urgent care which is a very long wait always. I know my body and what’s wrong, and they also have questionnaires on Wisp if you’re not sure what’s going on. I order what I need and a provider reviews it almost immediately and I have whatever I need also immediately.
