I had a mixup when trying to place an order that I wanted delivered to my pharmacy immediately. An older order was activated and I was told I could not change the date to have it sent earlier. I started a new order and paid extra to expedite and two days later my pharmacy still doesn’t have it. I started this process on Monday and it’s now Thursday. Also that I’ve been a client for years and I don’t appreciate having to redo the questionnaire and if you get interrupted and don’t save it you’re booted out of the system and have to do it again.

Excellent service! My PCP requires time off work for an appt and lab for a simple UTI-its insane we are still wasting time and resources like this. Telemedicine is perfect. As a woman you know you have a uti and you also know the treatment is simple. Wisp is appropriately quick and easy to get treatment for a routine issue.
