Great quick service

The process was seamless and the processing time was fast. I ordered while on vacation and all my prescriptions were not in so I couldn’t pick them up. Now it’s time for me to go back home and I feel like it was a waste because I still haven’t gotten my prescriptions and I’m not sure if I can transfer or even receive them at this point.

Wisp is there when you actually need them, not when your doctor’s office can get you in in three weeks. They get you your prescription quickly.

Used to be convenient. My prescription has bounced from in progress, to approved, to awaiting courier, to canceled, and now back to in progress. It won’t arrive until nearly 5–6 days after the initial request. I never requested delivery I’ve always picked up at the pharmacy. Very disappointed. Canceling my subscription. I rather pay an office visit copay at this point.

I have used wisp for a variety of needs over the last couple years. From the OMG cream to delaying my period to both UTI and yeast infections. Every time I have placed an order shipping and medication readiness has been super fast! No more waiting for an appointment at your primary care doctor.

Everything was great until I asked a question on the Wisp website. I used their Messaging option to respond to the provider who prescribed the medication for me. I responded to his initial message about the prescription with a question about using it (per the website instructions). There was never a response. When I sent an email to the support staff, they would not look into why I didn't get a response until I sent all of my personal details through unsecured email, including my full name & date of birth. That is a HIPAA violation (I've worked in healthcare I.T. for nearly 30 years). That is a problem. **Update: the provider contacted me via secure messaging late this evening & answered my question but not before I had contacted my pharmacy to get the answer from them. Overall, I had a good experience with Wisp & would have given a much higher rating had I not encountered this messaging problem.
