I am incredibly impressed with how quick and easy it is to get a response from you guys whenever I am in need. Whenever I have a question or issue, you are always there to provide a prompt and helpful answer. Your responsiveness and efficiency make my experience with your company all the more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

It was easy to order meds, but I ended up having an allergic reaction. I messaged them and they said someone would respond within 24 hrs to help. It took them 48 hrs just for them to say “please stop the medication. Your health provider will reach out to your shortly” spoiler alert: no one else reached out it’s been weeks lol. I prefer Starfish they answer immediately and I don’t trust Wisp at all

Super easy.

Misleading and disappointing. Wisp failed to clearly disclose that the price I paid did not include the medication. After paying, I was told I’d have to pay more at the pharmacy. The prescription was unused, yet they refused a refund, hiding behind “all sales final.” This is poor customer service and, in my opinion, false advertising.

Awesome service! Everything was smooth and fast.

It was very easy to order ,and shipping was fast , i received my package in within a few days

Quick and efficient service. I would have waited a month or more for an appointment with my dermatologist. With wisp service, I had my prescription in hand after 2 days.

Fast and willing to help
