Trash, will not return

I was horrified to find out it terminated my pregnancy. This is very deceptive. I thought it kept me from getting pregnant, not terminating pregnancy

I am so happy with Wisp. They get my prescription to me onto time and it saves me a doctor's appointment, waiting in the room, and co paying. I'm so happy with Wisp. Thanks again!

Kept cancelling and reactivating my order and hasn't issued my refund as asked

I went to the pharmacy and they did not have my prescription. There’s not an option to call Wisp to speak to someone which is incredibly inconvenient. You have to send a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I sent a message to my provider and we’re going on day 2 and no one has let me know if the situation has been resolved. By the time I get my prescription, I probably won’t even need it anymore. I also sent a message to customer service about changing the location of my pharmacy and updating my date of birth which is incorrect on my profile. The agent who responded told me to reach out to my new pharmacy for the transfer but mentioned nothing of the incorrect date of birth.

Really impressed!

I had a wonderful 1st time experience, I knew what I had and just wanted the medication for it ( uti ) . I called my pcp and he wanted me to come in and pee in a cup and then do more tests and blah blah. Being 41 years old and knowing that I just needed uti medication I absolutely did not want to pee in a cup. I came across wisp and I am forever a customer! Thank you so much for making woman health a priority ❤️

I placed an order for delivery with the expectation it would arrive within 3-5 days, as advertised. Given this was a period delay product, I needed to receive this in time, otherwise it would be too late to delay my upcoming period. I received order confirmation 3 days after my order was placed, saying that I would not receive the product for another 6 days, 9 days after my order was placed. They refused to change the order to my local pharmacy so I could get it in time. Overall, frustrating. If you need something quickly, do not have it delivered. Choose pharmacy pickup instead.
