Said I would get my medication in 24 hours. I barely got a response from the md. I did this to avoid going to the doctor but I had better luck going to the doctor for quicker prescription.

Terrible service!! I am so angry!! I was charged for two scrips and they were never sent to my pharmacy. I have asked several times for a phone call and never received one . I work full time and can’t sit in front of my computer all day long waiting for AI generated responses. I will be writing on other platforms about my difficulties and experience. Truly disappointed customer. Would not recommend to anyone who actually needed help.

I've worked with various women's health services over the years, and I really just love Wisp! They are so easy, the communication is abundant, and they have a fantastic portal that informs the subscriber on anything they could possibly need. On one of my orders, I messed up and didn't update my address correctly, and it was as if they stopped the whole world to help. They are really great, and I hope they are around forever 🫶🏼
