Probably the worst customer service of all time. Messages take hours to respond to. My prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Took 4 DAYS to finally get it sent out and in that time I had another outbreak. I will never use this service again.

Wisp was one of the best finds ever. I deal with recurring BV, and recently I recognized the usual symptoms, and knew exactly what prescription I needed. My gyno required me to make an appointment that I’d have to wait for, pay a copay, come in for a full exam, wait on results and then wait on the prescription. I decided to use Wisp instead! $45 for the prescription I needed, a quick chat with an online provider, prescription sent and picked up that same day! Such a life changer! Would definitely recommend this company to any woman!

So handy and quick. I’ve been on their birth control and had to use their telemedicine for some emergency UTI medication. So effective and very fairly priced. I would 100% recommend Wisp to all the girlies

It would be nice to be able to speak with a human being. Just these texts back and forth. It is very expensive. It is quick, same or next day if you have it sent to your pharmacy. You have to use GoodRx if you want to try & lower the cost at the pharmacy. So you’re paying Wisp for 2 separate rx’s to be written with a first time discount of $108.80 then the rx can be called into your pharmacy for $75.?? Each rx??? That’s a lot of money, so I had the 2nd rx switched to come directly to my home, yet that took over a week-7 days to get to me from a New Jersey address from a private person? A bit weird, not from a pharmacy, or Wisp? The reviews were better than okay so that’s why I tried it! I’m glad I got the rx, but what is the cost after the 1st time discount?
