Would recommend other medical apps instead. They are helpful at times. However, lots of spam and they at times take between 6-18 hours to let you know if they can’t help you.

Extremely efficient service. I started treatment right away. My PCP took 2 days to call me back and I had already started antibiotics and was feeling better before I heard from my PCP.

The staff are extremely responsive, friendly and understanding. However, I found the steps after purchase to be confusing. I feel that it wasn't made clear that the requirements for a prescription would be based on what state you purchased the service out of, and I would have appreciated the chance to read the information about my state's policies before submitting my payment to avoid the surprise and confusion of the extra step I wasn't expecting. If this information was available to me, it was not clearly stated and I feel should be more present during the check out process. That said, once I figured out the issue, I had my prescription in hand within 4 hours, an amazing turn around! All in all, I will be using this service again if needed, now armed with the knowledge that there are hidden steps after purchase.
