Work full time and this was a great experience for me. Had medication with in a hour of filling out forms at pharmacy. Definitely recommend.

My pharmacy won’t release the birth control to me because insurance needs reasoning on why I need it. Wisp doesn’t work with insurance so I can’t pick it up. I’ve asked for a refund and to cancel the subscription and the Wisp team said no, they can’t do that. I can’t pick up my birth control unless I want to pay $200 out of pocket even with Good Rx. This is basically a scam at this point. I don’t recommend going through Wisp for birth control.

The first couple transactions were fine but all of a sudden the charges at the pharmacy are outrageous and different everytime even though I get the same thing. Just go to a gynecologist and see a REAL ACCREDITED doctor. They're not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. They don't refund when the cost at the pharmacy is too high and I'm no longer a loyal customer. The person who responded to me about wanting a refund was rude and careless and I'm not going to let these fake doctors keep stealing my money when I can't afford the medicine which is the whole reason for this websites existence, "affordable birth control", at the pharmacy. Very scammy.

I had paid and ordered my medication on this website and waited about a few days for it to get sent to my pharmacy. Since, the holidays were nearby and I had a feeling things may be busy, however about a week into this and messaging for help with my prescription I had received no help. So, then I ended up having to get another medication refilled that I had taken with wisp previously to fill in for wisp’s mistakes. Still even to this day, they haven’t tried to fix things with me nor my pharmacy.

I’ve been using Wisp for years and they’ve always been fast, easy, and completely professional. It’s such a relief not having to make a doctor’s appointment every time I get a UTI — I can get treatment quickly and without any hassle. Highly recommend!

Women’s healthcare is especially prone to monthlong wait times to see a provider and plenty of difficulties getting contraception. Wisp makes it easy, and the cost of a consultation through wisp was cheaper than my copay at any in person provider.
