They take super long to send it to the pharmacy just to mess up the dosage on the prescription. On top of that, the "support" team takes forever to respond.

Much quicker and more convenient than going to the doctors I have a frequent health issue that I deal with a few times a year. I can easily order and receive medication for that. Especially when it comes to running into health problems on the weekend. Wisp comes right in handy when I can’t get seen by a doctor.

I have been using wisp now for 8 months. Everytime it is time for a refill I fill out the questionnaire and do everything it asks me to do then I'll get an email the next day saying my order was canceled. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's highly frustrating bc I'm so busy. Then I spend the next 3 days back and forth with people trying to get my medication sent to the pharamacy. The entire reason I chose to use this service was because of the convenice to refill and order online. By time I get my perscription filled im out of my old one and my acne has started to return. Waiting on hers to offer spirolacton so I can switch to them because I don't have this issue with their similar services.
