Wisp used to be my go to but the last two times I used them within the past year (along with my best friend having the same experience as the following) I’ve decided I will NEVER use them again. They take your money immediately without letting you know there’s an issue with sending the prescription until AFTER your withdrawal notification. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and even when it happened to my best friend but THIS time is enough. No actual contact number just a customer service email that says they’ll get back to you in 1-3 days. For this to be women’s health care… I could’ve went to quick care for better piss poor service. They have my money and I’m still without prescription for the SECOND time. USE TELEDOC LADIES.

Super convenient and easy - just wish it could have medication options rather than Flucanzole. Since I’m allergic - rash break out in my arms.

After continuously being put on the back burner by my hospital this was my last option, responses were so fast, it was sent to my pharmacy the same day. My LIFEsavers , thank you wisp team ! 10/10 experience

Grateful that companies like this exist! Thank you for providing women an outlet for their medical needs. Women are faced with uncomfortable health related issues due to just being a female. Layering on the cost of most in person visits and medication costs it all just adds to the disparities women face. Keep championing for women!

You always put my prescription into the wrong pharmacy even though I’ve clarified my preferred pharmacy several times. I don’t get why old pharmacies can’t be removed from my account

Evil, atrocious company. They steal. I was promised by Wisp and the pharmacy that I would not be charged ANYTHING until the rx was picked up. I did not end up needing the rx, and was still charged $37+ which was the cost of the medication. Now I have to spend my own time getting this money back just because a corporation couldn’t stop themselves from stealing from someone whose credit card they had access to. Deeply disappointing.

Easy and so convenient. So nice to not have to sit at an urgent care - and get sick sitting next to people with respiratory illness
