My prescribing doctor spent less than 1 minute with me and didn't seem to take my concerns into account. When I reached back out to question what I had been prescribed, I was told it would "probably be fine". Not the best vote of confidence...

My experience with Wisp was more than I expected. I wasn’t sure about using the service but wanted a quick and discrete approach to feminine health and hygiene. There have been times that I felt both embarrassed and unheard in a doctor’s office. This was not my experience with Wisp, the consultation was available online, private and quick. My treatment plan was simple, and very effective. I would absolutely use Wisp in the future and recommend it to my friends.

I had a situation where… I should’ve been with someone at night. I needed doxy, but my doctor is weird about giving it out. I reached out to one of Wisp’s doctors, and they wrote a prescription. It was ready at a nearby pharmacy within an hour. Everything came back negative, and it was the BEST experience!! 15/10

I needed weekend help for BV. I knew what was needed as I have experienced this before. The screening was easy and it was approved within hours. They have an easy questionnaire. I didn’t have to suffer until Monday if I could even get an apt with my pcp. I would use again for something like this.

this was the worst customer service I ever received from this company. I previously used you guys all the time. Even though your company advertise the same day meds I didn’t get my meds for like four or five days and when you did approve it finally through the provider you guys sent it to the wrong pharmacy so then I had to do extra work to transfer it, and it was more delay. Very unfortunate.

This site has been very easy to navigate and work with. It’s made getting my medication so much easier and also pretty affordable.

Service is reliable, quick and easy. I definitely recommend.
