Tomo MortgageReviews of hellotomo.com

Doug was the best, literally such an easy process. I couldn’t recommend him and Tomo more.

Highly recommend Aaron and the Tomo team! Aaron went above and beyond to help us with our mortgage. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions clearly, and kept us updated every step of the way. Tomo Mortgage made what is usually a stressful process feel straightforward and easy. Thank you, Aaron, for helping us get into our new home!

Aaron was very communicative and an exceptional advisor. We evaluated 6 lenders and went with Aaron due to his competitive rates, advisory services and deep industry knowledge. He took care of us every step of the way through signing day. Would highly recommend and work with him again!

Tomo made my mortgage process easy and things moved rather quickly. I also had the option to choose my closing date. I would recommend Tomo to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Very competitive rates and a pleasure to work with!

My first impression was how quickly our loan officer (Kristina House) responded and she even beat our best offer from a local credit union. During the process, we had a major issue (my wife lost her job) but Kristina, Forrest, underwriting and the entire team did an amazing job communicating on next steps, what they needed from us, and kept us updated as often as they could so we could still close on time. This is my first time buying a home but Kristina did an amazing job walking through the process, expectations and made the whole process go through smoothly. I would highly recommend Tomo only because they did an incredible job with our mortgage loan application. Thank you again Kristina, Forrest and the rest of the Tomo team- you guys are fantastic!!

I had an excellent experience working with Chad Pounders at Tomo Mortgage. From the beginning, Chad was patient, accessible, and genuinely committed to helping us purchase our home. Our loan became complicated and very stressful at times, but Chad never stopped following up, answering my questions, explaining every step, and doing everything possible to keep the process moving forward. What stood out most was Chad’s dedication. He was always available when I needed clarification or reassurance, even when I had many questions. He understood how important this purchase was to our family and made us feel that we were not going through the process alone. I truly believe that without his persistence, support, and hard work, we may not have made it to the closing table. I also want to thank Michael Squillante for his valuable assistance with the underwriting conditions and for helping keep the loan on track. Chad truly went above and beyond for us. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, patience, and personal attention. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Chad Pounders to anyone looking for a loan officer who genuinely cares about his clients.

Your lending officer Jamar is very unprofessional. His communication was poor, didn’t wanna support a disabled veteran pushing me towards fha but my new lender gotten everything done & moved in within 20 days Jamar would not respond for hours even days I think tomo mortgage need to fix this issue
