A big bank denied my mortgage for an investment property, after weeks of documentation hell. I switched my lender to Tomo and had such a pleasant experience. Tomo team members were very courteous and proactive about every part of the process. The loan advisor got all documentation in order quickly for the underwriter, the appraisal was done quickly, and the whole process went very smooth. And we were able to close in 21 days with a rock bottom interest rate. I love it that Tomo publishes their rates on their website, helps me track and compare rates with other lenders easily! Would highly recommend Tomo to others!
