When my agent and the listing agent heard I was going to use an online lender, they had significant doubts about my decision and worried that Tomo would not be able to meet the closing schedule as quickly as a local lender. Working with Tomo was easy: the rates were the best, the questions were answered when necessary, and the whole process was very convenient. The only reason why there are 4 stars is that there was a mistake in the closing cost amount (~10% more) that was communicated 2 days prior to closing made me scramble for that additional amount.
