Great Customer Service
Although we initially had some issues with the notarization process, the company followed up and worked to address my concerns. I really appreciate how responsive and fair they were in handling the situation. The attorney was excellent and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Overall, I’m very impressed with how the company handled everything and truly appreciate the care they showed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear your attorney was helpful, but we're sorry the notarization process required multiple attempts. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We partner with Proof for online notarization, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with their team so they're aware of the issues you encountered and can continue improving the experience. Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter together!
