As much as we'd love to offer a single questionnaire experience for both parties, this would complicate the validity of the agreement. It's ideal for each party to have their own questionnaire so that both of their needs and wants are represented in the prenup. Hi Mikaela-- Thank you for sharing your experience using our platform! We offer an Infidelity Clause a.k.a. "cheating clause." You can opt-in to this clause inside of our lifestyle clauses section. We also offer a Lump Sum clause which allows one Party to transfer funds to the other Party if you're married for a certain period of time. This kind of clause could help level the financial playing fields if, for example, you take time off from work to take care of the kiddos! If it is past your marriage date (and you have already signed your prenup), you may consider amending your prenup document with these specifications.
