Not as easy as advertised
This is what the HelloPrenup website promises: “Save money and time Save thousands of dollars and your sanity with our collaborative process and same-day download. 24/7 access. 100% stress-free.” Our experience was the opposite. We paid the fee & went through the many questions before learning that CA requires two attorneys to waive spousal support. Between my attorney & their recommended attorney, plus the site fee, we paid $3099. It was a very stressful process. I would recommend hiring private attorneys from the start if you plan to waive spousal support in California. The only upside is that my spouse & I now know we can get through hard things together :-)
