I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone that doesn't want to deal with the Dr.'s Office was easy to fill out Forms and within 30 min's I was done and on my way to feeling better! - Joe

My doctor was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. She did not rush me and was friendly, too. Also, the waiting room greeter was very nice and efficient as well!

The service was quite busy when I was registering and waiting for a doctor consult, but the HelloMD staff were very friendly and helpful and worked to get me a consultation quickly. The consultation was comfortable and the doctor was cordial.

I was told the whole process would take 20 minutes or less. Once I signed up and paid the $50, I was instantly told that there are no doctors available at this time and to check back in in 30 minutes. So I messaged tech support because I am on vacation and cannot wait. They told me a doctor would be available in 4 hours and to wait, with the app open to ensure I get my appointment. So, I canceled my service, got a refund and went to a local doctor. Took me 45 minutes. I spent over 1 hour on hellomd with no luck at all.
