The website was a little slow to respond but good help from video chat. Doctor Olsen was a bit intense. A lot of tradition MD bashing but can understand. Just would have been nice to do without while getting advice.

The service itself is fast and I got what I came for. However, I feel some changes could be made: 1) do not allow customers to make a purchase when a doctor is not available (outside of business hours), and 2) make it easier to use your chosen video chat app (maybe have an option to use Skype or a regular phone line). When I was taken through the process of downloading the chat app and signing up for a new account (forcing customers to sign up for an additional account is in and of itself not a great practice), the "sign up" button did not do anything, even after I turned off my popup blocker, reloaded, turned off adblocker software, etc. I had to sign up with my Google account, which was fine...but this hiccup made me think I would have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge of $59 on the grounds of being unable to use your services.

Bart and the other customer service staff were extremely prompt and helpful! Although I was approved for a short period of time, the doctor refused to give me enough time to obtain more detailed medical records. It was a Friday afternoon when we had our meeting, and I kept trying to explain to her that my doctor's office was not open over the weekend, but that I could contact them and ask them to fax over more detailed records. Unfortunately, she would not provide a fax number. It seemed as though she wanted me to pick up the records, to which I told her that, due to my work schedule and their hours of operation, I would do my best to get there Monday, but it may be as late as Tuesday. Instead of waiting for me to get more detailed records (I was able to obtain some general records from an online portal that demonstrated what I was saying), she approved me for 3 months, which means I will have to go through the whole process all over again to get approved if I want to continue utilizing this treatment. I felt as though she didn't believe me when I told her about my issues, which was very frustrating. Overall, I'm glad I will have the opportunity to try this out, and this method was quick and more affordable than any of my local offices. Since this doctor was new, I hope that she will demonstrate more patience and understanding in the future, because people who are applying for this treatment are suffering from something and just want some relief.

Would have been nice to be told first to install Zoom. Waited 45 minutes before I found out that. Dr. Kim was very nice & took his time with me. I do wish he told me exactly which products to get, instead of number ratios. I find all of that confusing. I was surprised that he didn’t recommend CBD oils, as that’s what I was most interested in. But he did recommend a spray, so I’m going to try that. I give Dr Kim 4 stars, Hello MD 2.5 stars.

this was my first time going to hellomd and the doctor i got seemed very to the point. She did seem like she just wanted to get over the zoom chat right away.. i didnt like my session. maybe they need to change the type of job they have,

My Dr was great! I'm just disappointed because I have to wait for my hard copy. I did this thru speed weed and expected a 25$ credit as they promise. I can't even log in to shop. I hope this is real after paying for it.

I asked for an update on the current state legalities and was not told that I still have to apply for a state card (another fee of $100-150). The doctor was quick tempered and shushed me , wanted to do all the talking. I was grateful to be able to do this online interview while sitting in the comfort of my car!
