It was very important to me that my experience be an organized and professional one, and HelloMD fit the bill. The website and app were easy to use, and the people were friendly and efficient. The doctor was thorough with getting my health history and answered all of my questions in a way I could easily understand. This was so easy. I downloaded the app and it prompted me the whole way through. Only $49, where my other card (that expired) was $100 for new AND renewal!! My Dr was knowledgeable about my condition and also had answers to all of my questions regarding flower vs concentrate. I was approved and had my ID # within 10 minutes. My friend just did it and received her card within 3 days. I will tell any other patients I know to use this app from now on!!
