Maybe it's getting to much traffic these days, but after paying the fee I was unable to get a dr. consult. Kept saying they didn't have enough people on duty or had some people call in sick, etc. Really made a convenient service not so great. Still waiting to be seen...

The treatment and service overall is excellent, but there are a number of things they need to work out on the app. It's not particularly easy to figure out how to, and it was difficult to get time with a doctor. For several days I was being told there was no one available, and keep coming back every 15 minutes, but I had no idea if I was in a queue, or if I had registered properly, or if there was some other issue. Chat was helpful, and I was able to make an appointment.

No real bedside manner, but I was forewarned about that. The video conference volume was a bit too loud but the whole process was pretty easy and efficient.
