So my doctor was extremely helpful and understanding of my issues, as well as very friendly. I received my recommendation through the email almost immediately and was able to use it that night without leaving my room! The only problem i had was the wait. I made my payment around noon and was told to wait for a doctor because of a rush in patients. Not until 6 pm was able to see a doctor even with me constantly refreshing the page every 15 minutes. However i was able to chat to an employee via text bubble about any questions I had and that was helpful. So close to 5 stars but very worth it.

I would see these doctors are understanding and fir some of us who are a little intimidated to go in person this helps you with that. The doctor was very nice and understood what I was saying also, where I was coming from. Thank you for your help

First, the wait was WEIRD. Instead of just seeing folks in order, you have to check back again and again and again and ....until theoretically, maybe you get to be put in the queue. i was not into this so i complained and was told then that I could make an appointment. Once I was actually talking to Dr. Sergeant, She was great. So knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.
