The Doctor was very thorough and nice

My appointment with Dr. Lichtenstein was great. He is very knowledgable. He not only recommended medicine but also reminded me the importance of self-care in my busy life.

I Felt comfortable with the doctors knowledge and recommendations for me. It was fast and very easy.

he was great professional and very understanding. However I believe there was a typo I received a very short prescription so i will follow up with him other than that great.

I don't remember how I found HelloMD. But glad I did. The "staff are wonderful, kind, inviting. It took me several times to connect, a bit frustrating, but finally talked with Dt. Sherellen Gerhart, MD. She was wonderful. Engaging, informative. I did not feel rushed. I am with Kaiser and have been with working with them for six exhausting months with not one result. So, I visited a dispensary she recommended, They were wonderful!!!! I started "treatment" today. If HelloMD or anyone else wants further input, I will gladly provide after I see the results, if any. Let us ALL be well.

I appreciate all the advice my doctor gave me from what type of medical marijuana to use to lifestyle choices. She asked me questions, listened to my answers and seems to really care about my well being. She also seemed very knowledgeable, which made it very easy to trust her.

Dr took my history, then hung up without asking me questions, without saying good bye!. Had to log back on to read her notes which were inadequate. If she had asked a few questions, or stayed on the line she may have given me good advice. She wrote short sentences with common info i had already learned on internet. I paid in advance for this Dr visit. Feel totally ripped off.
