Did her job, but not very personable. Seemed very rushed, she never smiled, was gone instantly after last question. She was very effective only for the purpose of getting my authorization and letting me know how to use the products and conveying the associated cautions of using the products. I would want someone a little more personable as a primary care physician or for treatment of anything serious. But then again, that is not the application here.

Paid my money on Wednesday, was assured I'd have my med rec in 20 min. Saturday rolls around, and I'm told I can't see anyone until Tuesday. See a doctor in person, this is not an easy process.
