My doctor was very nice, straight to the point

I literally started this process feeling a bit nervous about what to expect, almost like it would be too good to be true. But this was by far the best, most hassle-free experience I've ever experienced. Plus, their friendly, professional customer service is outstanding and exceeded any and all expectations. Dr. Bugailiskis was very friendly, professional and to the point and willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. But I honestly didn't have any because everything was so all-inclusive. I'm just so pleased. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Very easy to talk to and listened very well - was able to make recommendations based on what I said ( not all doctors are such good listeners).

The doctor I saw was efficient and thorough, I would recommend this service to anyone.

Once I was connected with a doctor, the process was very efficient. However, it took many attempts to actually reach a doctor due to high 'call volumes'.
