Had a wonderful experience the doctor was super nice and was a very helpful!!!

This was a very simple process and for someone who has never smoked, I am glad that this experience was made simple for someone like me. I am not looking to make any drastic changes to my lifestyle but coming from the period of the 60's, I need a little boost for some issues related to chronic pain.

Dr. President was awesome! She really thoroughly helped me understand my different options and how to go about everything.

Had a very difficult time with the site and the app. There were some "issues" going on and I must say when I did contact support, they were back to me immediately, but I had to go to my laptop and browser to input several items and redo several things. As far as dealing with the people once everything was put in there were no problems at all. Very helpful, polite, and the the wait time was acceptable. Doctor was helpful, knowledgable and answered all my questions and didn't rush me at all.

They were friendly and quick, best experience getting my recommendation so far!

I'm so impressed by HelloMD. Their process was so streamlined and easy to navigate. Besides the 15 minute wait for the doctor (which is no time at all considering most in-office doctor appointments), I was in-and-out. My doctor, Arthur, was super helpful (and hilarious) in giving me the best advice on which products to use and how to use them for best results. Highly recommend the service!

Very professional staff, easy to follow application. Doctor is very informative, attentive (not rushing to get you off the phone and move on to another patient) and provided excellent recommendations. I did not feel uncomfortable at all!
