I was a bit hesitant to perform an online consultation with a doctor, but the experience was easy and educational. After entering a basic summary of my medical status and quickly downloading a video-conferencing app, I was greeted and told the consulation would start in ten minutes. Within that timeframe, the doctor showed up. Jacquelyn Lewchalermwong was easy to talk to, and discussed what to look for to best address my symptoms. I walked away feeling well educated.
