Hello MD is such a great place. The chat box makes it super easy to speak with their staff to get all my questions answered. They are fast at responding and super helpful! Before meeting the doctor I was first given an introduction with a staff member who was able to answer other questions I had. And then when I saw the doctor she was just so informative about specifically what I needed. I tried using the app Eaze first, had a "consult", (if you could even call it that since he didn't even say anything to me), and it was only after they took my money did they mention that they don't deliver to my location! I emailed them asking for a refund, but three days later I have yet to hear anything! At HelloMD they actually make an effort to communicate with their clients. I highly recommend!
