The application and set-up process was cumbersome (but probably necessary)
The application and set-up process was a bit long and cumbersome but once I met with Dr. Lichtenstein I was very pleased. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend HelloMD again to a friend based 100% on my interaction with Dr. Lichtenstein.

Her bedside manner could use some work
Her bedside manner could use some work. She sort of rushed through the process. The printed cards she uses were a good idea but she rushed through them. It felt like she couldn't wait to get off the call.
