He was very professional, he eased my mind, he was very knowledgeable, very kind and patient. I would highly recommend him. He made me feel very comfortable about trying something to help ease my pain while I'm battling this blood cancer.

Dr. Sankar Sridaran asked me pertinent questions while referring to my medical history. He told me about dosing and precautions to take/be mindful of. Dr. S spent sufficient time with me and asked if I had anymore questions at the end. I was very satisfied with our encounter.

Dr. Kim was knowledgable, thorough and very professional. The online process, customer service and website functionality was average to poor at times. I was unable to get them to send me a link to reset my password that actually worked. There was no number to call for a live person to speak to. Their online support just sent the same link to reset my password that didn't work the previous two times I used it. So I just started over and created a new profile. After my consultation, my certification was never sent and I had to get back in touch with them through their instant messaging service to get my paperwork processed. They had no problem taking my money but their service after the fact was very average. To be fair last year I used HelloMD and it was a very smooth process, this year not so much! I would recommend this service but I would advise patience if the service doesn't meet your expectations. Do Better!
